We are excited to announce our latest release of the CC function in zkipster. This feature introduces a new default guest field for 'Secondary Email', where users are able to upload a second email address into Guest Profiles.
This release comes in specially handy when you need to send an invitation email to your main guest and also send a copy of the invitation to their personal assistant, secretary, and so on.
In summary, this release allows users to
Upload a secondary email address to Guest Profiles via spreadsheet import.
Send invitations to guests using both email addresses linked to their profile.
Request guests to provide a secondary email address via the Response Form.
BCC a team member part of the zkipster account to receive a copy of all invitations being sent.
Please note: if you are sending an invitation with the CC function activated, both email recipients will be able to RSVP and update the main guest profile only.
