zkipster offers both Subscription and Single Event (Pay-per-Event) plans:


Subscription Plans

zkipster subscriptions are available on the Basic, Professional and Enterprise level. Depending on the level, subscriptions allow:

  • Unlimited events during the subscription period 
  • No guest limit. For events with 2000+ guests, please refer to our article on how to manage large guest lists in zkipster
  • Access to features such as Seating, Invitations, Name Badge Printing (Professional and Enterprise only). For a full list of features available within each plan, please refer to zkipster's pricing page.
  • Integrations with tools and CRMs (Enterprise only)

Single Event (Pay-per-Event) Plans

Single Event users can choose between a standalone Basic or Professional Event purchase on a Pay-per-Event basis:


Basic Events

  • Guest limit of 750 Main Guests
  • Event run time of 72 hours (from the event start date and time) 

Professional Events 

  • No guest limit. For events with 2000+ guests, please refer to our article on how to manage large guest lists in zkipster
  • Event run time of 7 days (from the event start date and time)
  • Access to features such as Seating, Invitations, Name Badge Printing

Please note: In an effort to simplify our event offering, we have retired the Starter Event option effective 1 July 2019.


Things to keep in mind on Single Event plans:

  • Once purchased and created, Single Events cannot be deleted
  • The event date and time cannot be edited after the event has started
  • Editing event details, guest lists, guest details, and event access remains possible until 72 hours after the event has ended
  • Pay-per-Event accounts come with a Guest Upload Freeze.
    This function disables you to mass import any new guests via the browser once an event has ended. (Please note though that you can still make one-by-one additions via the zkipster app after the event has finished)
  • Pay-per-Event users cannot delete any past events from their account 
  • Pay-per-Event accounts have no expiration date and are accessible indefinitely

Single Event plans can upgrade to a subscription at any time. All features included within each plan are listed on zkipster's pricing page. If you are unsure which is the right plan for you, contact zkipster's Client Relations team.

Free Test Event

zkipster free trial account allows testing of all available features within one complimentary event. The free test event includes access to all Professional features and is limited to 25 guests. Sign up for a free trial account with zkipster here.
