During your event check-in, the zkipster app collects any associated guest data. Once the event is over, you will be able to see and download your event report. 

Event reports available in zkipster: 

  • Reports on the Event Level 
  • Reports on the Account Level
    (Please note: only Account Owners and Administrators have access to report on the account level


Reports on the Event Level

Event reports are available in the 'Reports' section form the left side menu inside your event. In the event report overview, you can see how many guests you have checked in and how many did not attend; as well as the guests added before, at or after the event, and the pick arrival time.

The more divided your guest list(s) are, the more refined your report information will be. You can download the report overview information as a pdf file, using the orange button in the upper right corner.


Exporting your Guest List 

You can export your guest list(s) as an Excel or CSV file. The file will contain the original guests’ data plus any additional information you have collected, like check-in time, new guests added, updated fields collected from invitation forms, and any updates made prior to the event and at the door.

There are two places where the Guest List can be exported on the event level.

A) Via the Guest View through the Action dropdown
B) Via the 'Reports' tab on the left-hand menu

A) Exporting via the Guest View

In the Guests Tab:

  1. Filter by the specific list
  2. Filter by the specific guest status such as Checked-in, Unconfirmed, Confirmed, or select all
  3. Click on the Action drop down
  4. Click Export


B) Exporting via the Reporting Tab

  1. Go to the event
  2. Click on Reports from the left side menu
  3. Choose the event, guest list, check-in status, and file format
  4. Click Export



Reports on the Account Level

Event reports on account level are detailed reports and can include information for one or multiple events at ones. 

Reports on the account level are available in the Account Settings of your zkipster account, and only the Account Owner or Administrators can generate these reports. 

To create an event report, in the Export section of your account settings, click on the 'New Export' button in the upper right corner.

In the next screen, filter the event(s) and sections you would like to include in the report. Based on your plan level, you can add the following sections: 

  • Event(s): you can choose one or multiple events, filter events by date range or select specific events
  • Guests: you can filter your export by guest list (if you are exporting one event only) and by guest status 
  • Email Report: the email report includes your Invitation Email and Form report for all selected events. In the article here, you can learn how to export the Email and RSVP form report at the event level. 
  • Seating Report: includes the activity log for the seating section before and during the event. 
  • Devices report (Professional and Enterprise plans): the device report includes an activity log of all devices and users participating in the event. 

When you are ready with your selection, click Export, and zkipster will generate the report. You will receive a notification via email once the report is prepared for a download. You can go back to the Export section and download the report at any time. Here you can also see and download any past reports and filter by report status form the drop- down menu on the top of the list.
