Canceling Seasonal or Annual Subscription
zkipster Seasonal and Annual accounts are set to renew their subscriptions automatically, and canceling an account subscription is necessary to end the automatic renewal process.
To cancel a subscription, choose the Plans & Billing tab from the Account Settings menu. Here, you can see your current plan and renewal date, as well as cancel, renew or upgrade your subscription.
Canceling a subscription to a Seasonal or Annual plan will make the account inactive after the expiration date of the plan. For any subscription canceled before the expiration date, the account users will still be able to log in and access all zkipster features. Once a plan reaches the expiration date, access and data will no longer be available.
Expired accounts are stored in the cloud and can be reactivated at any time by restarting a subscription. To reactivate your account, login into zkipster and a notification window will prompt you to reset your plan. Full access to the account will be granted immediately after that.

Canceling or Deleting Pay Per Event Account
Pay Per Event accounts cannot be canceled or deleted. After an event is purchased, it remains in the account, and access to reports of past event(s) remains open indefinitely. You can log into your zkipster page at any time to purchase and create a new event.
Once an account is canceled, there will be no fees or purchases charged to that account. However, all user data is stored in the cloud, including credit card information.
