It is possible to upgrade your Starter Event to a Basic Event, and also your Basic Event to a Professional Event. This is done in the Main Events screen of the account in the browser interface.
Some reasons why zkipster users will want to upgrade their events to Professional:
- Needing to add more than 250 (in the case of Starter event) or 750 guests (in the case of Basic Event)
- Needing to access to Professional features such as Invitations, Seating, Custom Check in Messages and Name Badge Printing. These features are only available on Professional Plans.
Access the Main Event screen by clicking on the zkipster logo on the top left of the account screen. An orange upgrade button will appear next to all active events.
|Please Note: Basic Seasonal or Annual plans cannot upgrade for one single event to Professional. You can upgrade your subscription by contacting your Regional Account Manager in the Client Relations team.|
