Custom fields in zkipster Audience allow users to store and manage additional contact information beyond the standard contact fields. These fields provide greater flexibility in organizing and segmenting contacts, enabling event planners to tailor individual records to their specific needs.
All Audience's tier levels enable users to create up to 100 custom fields - this article explains the different custom fields available in Audience and their specifications.
Different Custom Field Formats in Audience
From the 'Custom Field' page, accessible via the left hand side menu, users can create and manage their custom fields. The best custom field format will depend on the type of data you need to input.
For example, if you want to add a contact's website to their profile in Audience, you might want to use the URL custom field format instead of the 'Text' format, as URL custom field turns into a clickable hyperlink.
