We're excited to introduce an Account level export, making it easier to get closer to your data.
Report Export
An account level Export from the Account Settings menu to create a new export
Users can export Guest, Invitations & Seating data from
- All Events
- A single event
- A choice of events by name
- A choice of events by date range
Please note that Invitations & Seating data are available for Professional events that have those features activated.
New Fields
Additional Fields have been added to the guest export to make it easier to track changes to guests both by users and by RSVP Submission.
Additional fields added are:
- Created by
- Created date
- Last Modified by
- Last Modified date
- Last RSVP Submission date
Device ID - shown once an existing guest has been updated, it doesn't currently show when the guest is created.
Form Summary Export
The Form activity from the Form Summary page can now be exported
This does not include the responses which are part of the guest export
