Use the zkipster's dynamic tags or Form tags to personalize your email subject line, email content, share unique codes, add event information or direct your guest to a specific form. The automated tags dynamically pull the information from the event or relevant guest fields.
How to Use zkipster Tags
All guest fields and event information are available as tags. Use the tag drop-down menu (available on top of the text editor) to add the tag to the body text of the email. The tag will be replaced with the event or guest field information after sending the email.
Personalizing the body text of your invitation will additionally help with the deliverability of your emails.
Pro Tip: To ensure accuracy, always insert dynamic tags directly from the 'Tags drop-down' menu instead of typing in the field information.
How to Use Dynamic Tags in the Email Subject Line
Using dynamic tags in the email subject line allows you to customise your invitation even further, providing a personalised experience to your guests.
To do this, click on the Email section of the invitation. On the Email Subject Line text box, you can add a tag such as :guest_firstname. The dynamic tag will pull the information from your guest's profile or event settings and populate the subject line accordingly.
Below is an example of a subject line that your guest will see when a dynamic tag is added on your invitation.
How to Use Form Tags
You can insert form tags in the main email of your invitation or in your confirmation email to direct your guests to a consent form or any other active form within your event.
In the ‘Text’ section of your email composer you will see the ‘Form Tags’ dropdown menu, where you can find the tags.
Please note: when duplicating an event or email that contains a form tag, the form tag will stay linked to the original form. We recommend you to always update the form tag.
How to add Dynamic Tags to SMS/WhatsApp messages
Similar to email you can insert tags in the main text of your SMS/WhatsApp messages, you also have the option to include the URL/form tag which will provide a URL which will direct guests to the form.
