A campaign created with the zkipster Communications feature, available on the Professional and Enterprise plan levels, consists of different parts: a message and a form. Both are optional, but you can only create a campaign that has at least the message or the form.
The message part of your campaign can be an Email, or a SMS/WhatsApp text message or both:
The form part of your campaign can be created through the 'Email/Message + Response form' option or created as an individual response form through the 'response form' option.
For the purpose of this article, we will show you how to navigate through the different parts of a campaign that has both a message (Email and SMS/WhatsApp) and a Response Form.
Message
Once your campaign is created, click on the 'Message' link from the bottom of the screen to be take to your message composer.
From the left hand side, click on the 'Email' or 'SMS/WhatsApp' thumbnail to navigate through the different messages you want to send to your guests:

Clicking on the 'Form' link from the bottom of the page you are directed to the 'Form' part of your campaign.
From the left hand side, you can navigate through the different parts of your form: Landing Page (Optional), Form Page and Success Page. You can easily navigate by to each different page by clicking on the text.
Confirm and Decline Messages
If you want to send a Confirmation/Decline Email or SMS/WhatsApp message, you can enable them via the 'Form' section of your campaign, by toggling 'on' or 'off' the confirm or decline options from the left hand side thumbnails:
Review Page
Once you are ready to send your campaign to your selected guests, click on the 'Review' link from the bottom of the screen to be directed to the Review page, from where you can review the settings of your messages and form before clicking on 'Send':
