zkipster is a guest list management software used by event planners for live, virtual, and hybrid events to streamline their workflows. Trusted by global brands and organizations for custom online invitations, contactless guest check-in, real-time event capacity management, and more.

If you have been invited to an event from an organization that is using zkipster, please note that zkipster is not part of the organization of the event, which means our team is unable to confirm your attendance to a specific event on behalf of our users.

Additionally, for data security reasons, zkipster cannot provide information about specific events or contact details from users to guests that would like to reach out to the event organizers directly.

Troubleshooting Issues with the RSVP Form

If you are having issues opening or submitting an RSVP form, there are several troubleshooting steps you can take:

  1. Clear Browser Cache: Clear your browser’s cache and reopen the page.

  2. Use an Alternative Browser, App, or Device: Open the RSVP form on a different browser or device. Personal devices, not managed by corporate IT, often bypass corporate restrictions that might disable input fields.

  3. Access Outside Corporate Networks: If possible, try accessing the RSVP form at home or on a non-corporate Wi-Fi network.

  4. Whitelist the RSVP Domain: Speak to your corporate IT team about whitelisting zkipster’s RSVP domain (e.g., rsvp.zkipster.com) to remove corporate-imposed browsing restrictions.

  5. Check Browser Settings: Ensure the browser is not running in a restricted or read-only mode, as this can block input into the form fields. If you continue to experience issues after trying these steps, it may be related to corporate IT restrictions or browser security policies. In that case, you may need to contact your event organizer or IT administrator for additional assistance.

Event-related queries & requests

If you have been invited to an event and need information, require non-technical assistance (e.g., if a form is no longer open), or wish to make a request related to the event (e.g., asking if you can bring an additional guest), please note that you will need direct support from the event organizers. Check out the information below with a few tips on how you can reach out to them:

  1. Check the invitation email you received, any form attached to it and the email you will have received after confirming or declining your attendance for any direct contact information they have provided.

  2. Use the ‘Reply To’ option from your email inbox.

  3. If you cannot find it, try searching for the organization’s name using a search engine.
