If you have been invited to an event from an organization that is using zkipster, please note that zkipster is not part of the organization of the event, which means our team is unable to confirm your attendance to a specific event on behalf of our users.
Additionally, for data security reasons, zkipster cannot provide information about specific events or contact details from users to guests that would like to reach out to the event organizers directly.
Troubleshooting Issues with the RSVP Form
If you are having issues opening or submitting a RSVP form, you can try clearing your browser’s cache and opening the page again.
Alternatively, use a different browser or device altogether and see if that resolves the problem.
Event-related queries & requests
If you have been invited to an event and need information, require non-technical assistance (e.g., if a form is no longer open), or wish to make a request related to the event (e.g., asking if you can bring an additional guest), please note that you will need direct support from the event organizers. Check out the information below with a few tips on how you can reach out to them:
Check the invitation email you received, any form attached to it and the email you will have received after confirming or declining your attendance for any direct contact information they have provided.
Use the ‘Reply To’ option from your email inbox.
If you cannot find it, try searching for the organization’s name using a search engine.
