Welcome to Audience, zkipster's powerful contact management software and guest list builder for event professionals. It allows users to curate and organize contacts using tags and custom fields. Audience also allows users to build guest lists for upcoming events and share those lists externally for collaborators to add, edit, or remove contacts and update contact details - these are called 'Live Lists'.

Changes made to Live Lists are not automatically approved and must be reviewed by the zkipster user once collaboration is complete.

If you have been invited to collaborate on a Live List by a zkipster Audience user, click the link provided to you by the List's owner to begin the authentication process.

1) Enter your email address in the text box and click 'Continue' to trigger an authentication email.

2) Open your mail inbox and access the email containing your one-time access code. If you do not see it in your inbox, check your junk/spam folder.

3) Type or copy and paste your access code in the text box and then click 'Confirm'. If your email address and access code match, your identity has been confirmed and you will be directed to the Live List.

Add Contacts: Click on 'Add Contact' in the top-right of the Live List to open the sidebar, and then fill in as many Contact Fields as needed. Click 'Save Contact' once you are finished.

Edit Contacts: Click on any Contact or the pencil icon to the right.

From here, you can edit any existing information for the Contact. Click 'Save Contact' once you are finished.

Please note: You only have access to edit Fields specified during setup by the List Owner.

Remove Contacts: Click the trash can icon to the right of a Contact's name to remove them from the List. Alternatively, you can open the Contact's Profile and then click the trash can icon from this screen.
