How can the Salesforce native integration enhance your events?
With the integration between zkipster and Salesforce, you can securely transfer sensitive guest data directly between the two tools. Accurately update guest details, guest lists, RSVP statuses, and attendance figures through automatic workflows so that your wider stakeholders can keep up to date with changes to your events inside your Salesforce CRM.
Not only is integration considered best practice for secure data transfer, but it also significantly cuts down time spent on otherwise highly repetitive and manual processes - freeing up your teams to work on more valuable tasks.
Please note: The zkipster app is only available on Salesforce Lightning and not on Salesforce Classic.
How can I access it?
You can find the zkipster app on the Salesforce AppExchange here: Link to Salesforce AppExchange.
Click on 'Get It Now.' This will download the app to either your Salesforce Production or Sandbox environment- the zkipster app installer will ask you if you wish to download it to your Production or your Sandbox environment.
You will also need to contact your Client Relations team at zkipster to get API key access, as you will need the key to setup your integration. The API key will be published in the 'API Access' section of the Account Settings inside your zkipster account (accessible only to Account Owners and Administrators).
