Segmenting your contacts is best practice to gain valuable insights about their preferences, demographic and behavioural patterns. It empowers you to best apply your resources, improve engagement effectively and manage your relationships based on real data.
With zkipster Audience, you can apply multiple filters to narrow down your overall contact database to view only the contacts that match the criteria defined by you. The Segments feature allows you save this set of criteria (filters) so you can easily manage that group of contacts accordingly.
For example, you might want to create different segments based on contacts' events attendance history, location and any other data stored in your Audience account.
To make Segments even more powerful, zkipster made it dynamic - meaning that once you upload new contacts that match an already existing Segment, the contacts will automatically be added to that segment.
