zkipster is excited to announce a new round of improvements to the Communications feature, available on the Professional and Enterprise plan levels. In summary, this release introduces:
Multiple custom buttons to the campaign emails and forms.
Option to cap the number of times a form can be resubmitted by guests.
Multiple Custom Buttons
A new Custom Button option was introduced to Communications campaigns. This means you can now include multiple call-to-action buttons in your campaigns, on both the email and the response form.
What’s new
Add extra buttons to any Communications campaign template: Email + Response Form, Standalone Email, or Standalone Form.
Use it to link to your consent form, another form from a different campaign, or any web address (e.g., your website or event info page).
Style it just like your primary button: label, font, text color, background, and more.
Pro Tip: If you created your campaign with an "Email + Response Form" template, you’ll already have the standard RSVP button linked to the campaign’s form. The Custom Button lets you add an additional CTA without inserting hyperlinks into body text.
Where you’ll find it
The new 'Custom Button' can be added to the 'Email' and the 'Form' parts of the campaigns from the 'Communications' feature.
Control how many times guests can edit/resubmit their form
This release also introduced a new Response Changes control to response forms. Users can now limit (or completely restrict) guests from editing a form after it’s been submitted.
What’s new
Allow or block edits to submitted forms.
If edits are allowed, set a maximum number of form resubmissions a guest is allowed.
This comes in handy when you need to lock responses once submitted (e.g., travel preferences, meal selections). It can also reduce back-and-forth and version churn, making it easier to manage guests RSVPs. The new functionality also allows you to keep data clean while still letting guests fix genuine mistakes within limits you define.

Clearer Navigation on the Form Settings
The release streamlined the Form Settings navigation experience. When you open the 'Form Settings' section on a Response Form or Consent Form, you can now immediately see the three most important controls, no digging required:
Form Access: Public or Private
Form Status: Open or Closed to responses
Response changes: Allowed or Not allowed (whether guests can edit previously submitted responses)
Click into any section to adjust the setting right away.
