The Wallet Pass feature, available on the Professional and Enterprise plan levels, provides insight into how guests receive and interact with their event credentials on their mobile devices. Reviewing Wallet Pass data helps you understand delivery status at a guest level, identify any issues, and ensure passes are ready to be used on-site as well as overall pass activity.

In summary, you can view the Wallet Pass report on two different levels:
Campaign level: this report is accessible via the 'Summary' page of the specific campaign you used to share the pass with your guests and it only shows insights from the recipients of that campaign.
Pass level: this report is accessible via the 'Summary' page of the specific Wallet Pass and it shows insights from all guests that received that pass - no matter which campaign they received. Since the same pass can be linked to different campaigns, this report provides a complete overview of all guests that received that pass.
In this article, you’ll learn how to view and export your Wallet Pass report for each individual guest as well as overall pass status.
Pass Analytics
Before looking into the more detailed report showing each guests' pass data, the 'Pass Analytics' section of each pass gives users an overview of how that pass is being handled by guests who received it.
For example, you can see how many of that specific pass has been created, how many are still active and how many clicked on links you might have added to the back of your pass.
To view the 'Pass Analytics', click on the name of the pass:
From the 'Overview' section of your Pass Analytics you can see:
Total Passes: passes which have been created for guests. This number excludes voided and expired passes.
Total Active Passes: passes which are currently installed in guests' digital wallets and are enabled to receive updates.
Total Link Clicks: when guests click on any links you have added to the back of the pass.
Activations Timeline: this graph shows a timeline of how many passes have been activated or deactivated by your guests during a period of a time. You can choose to see the graph by hour, day, week or month and select a range of dates using the calendar option:
Passes: a graph showing a timeline of how many passes have been created versus how many passes are active. This graph excludes voided and expired passes.
Pass Activity: This section shows activity related to the back of the pass - for example, if a guest clicked on a link you have added to your pass:
How to View and Export Guests' Pass Data Report
If you want to view individual guests' pass data, such as which guest has activated (installed) their passes, which guests have deleted and more, you can do this from the 'Passes' tab of each individual Wallet Pass or from the 'Summary' page.
Viewing Pass Report
Once you access your pass, click on the 'Passes' tab to view a list of all passes that have been issued from that Wallet Pass, independently from which campaign they were shared from.
This report shows:
User: the name of the guest and the guest ID associated with that guest profile.
Status: this column shows the status of the pass issued to that guest:
Issued: guests are able to download their pass using their pass download link shared via an Email campaign.
Active: Passes are installed in the guests's mobile wallet and are eligible to receive push notifications, and automatic updates.
Deactivated: Guest has either removed the pass from their wallet, turned off push notifications, or turned off automatic updates.
Voided: Passes are set to “Expired” in the guest's mobile wallet.
Expired: Passes will automatically move to “Expired” in the guest's mobile wallet on the specified date.
Link Clicks: if the guest clicked on a link you have added to the back of the pass.
Creation Date: the date when the pass link was sent to the guest.
You can also filter the report by 'Status', 'Platform' (Apple Wallet or Google Wallet) or Attributes (for example, if you included the field 'First Name' on the pass, you can filter the report by that field):
Using the 'Export' button, you can export the report as a spreadsheet file.
Viewing Summary Report
Another way to view and export guests' pass data report is by accessing the 'Summary' page of each pass:
From the 'Pass Summary' report you can view a list of all passes links that have been sent to guests - meaning that if a guest received the same pass via different campaigns (for example, you sent John Doe his check-in pass via a Confirmation Email and afterwards you sent him another Reminder email with a pass link), their name will be displayed multiple times and you will be able to see if they have activated their pass or not.
To export this report as a spreadsheet file, select all guests or just the guests you want to export and from the 'Action' dropdown menu choose 'Export':
Wallet Pass Status
Once a Wallet Pass is sent to guests, it can have 4 different statuses:
Processing: the pass is still being processed and has not yet been delivered to the recipient.
Pending Generation: the pass has been delivered to the guest, but the guest has not yet installed on their digital wallet.
Issued: the guest has clicked on the 'Add to Wallet' button - this does not mean the guest finished installing the pass.
Activated: the guest fully installed the pass on their mobile wallet.
Voided: the pass has been deinstalled by the guest or has been manually voided by a zkipster user.
How to View and Export your Wallet Pass Report from your Campaign Summary
As mentioned before, you can also view the wallet pass report for each specific campaign the pass has been linked to.
Once you sent the campaign to your guests, you are able to view which recipient of that campaign has already installed the pass or not and which of them have deactivated the pass from their mobile devices.
Access the sent campaign from the 'Communications' feature and click on the 'Wallet Pass' button from the top right of the campaign 'Summary' page to view the report:
Please note: the 'Wallet Pass' report available on the campaign level only shows the analytics of the guests interactions with the passes sent via that specific campaign. If you linked the same pass to multiple campaigns, you can either view each specific campaign report or open the Wallet Pass Report from the 'Wallet Pass' feature to see the analytics from that pass across multiple campaigns.
From the 'Action' dropdown menu, you can export the wallet pass report of the selected guests by choosing the 'Export' option.
If you want to void a pass, select which guest should have the pass voided and from the 'Action' dropdown menu select 'Void Pass':
