How to Create and Customise your Wallet Pass
There are three ways to create a Wallet Pass: you can create a pass from scratch, duplicate an existing pass from the same event, or duplicate a pass from a past event.
To customize your Wallet Pass, open the Wallet Pass section from the left-hand side menu and click the pass you want to edit from the list. Then, click Edit Pass Template to make your changes.
The Pass Composer allows you to add your brand logo, icon, customise font and background colors and define what fields should be displayed in the pass. Additionally, you can add more information to the back of the pass and set up location based notifications to be triggered to guests once they are close to the venue.

How to Share your Wallet Pass via Email Campaigns
Once you have created your wallet pass, you can then distribute it via email using the Communications feature.
You can add a branded 'Add to Apple/Goggle Wallet' button to the Email or you can use a custom button, linked to the pass you created, from your guests will be able to download and install the pass to their mobile devices.

How to Send Notifications to Guests via Wallet Pass
The Wallet Pass feature allows you to send location-based notifications to your guests. The notifications will be displayed to guests once they are within 1,000 meters from the location you defined and it will be visible on the locked screen of their devices.
Once you set up a location, you can also define a message that will be displayed in the push notification. Use the Preview screen on the right side to view how the message will look like on the guest's device:

Wallet passes provide insight into how guests receive and interact with their event credentials on their mobile devices.
