In zkipster, you can add additional guests to an existing guest list via a file import (excel or CSV file) or manually.
To add new guests on top of an existing list, click 'Add Guests' at the top right of the Guest's screen:
Please note: When you are adding guests to your existing list via excel import, after the matching screen, zkipster will prompt you to select if you would like to add to or replace your existing list. If you choose to replace your existing guests, the original list will be permanently deleted.
Please note: Be sure to remove duplicates ahead of time before importing an excel as zkipster does not deduplicate data. For frequently asked questions around the guest, list import visit the article here. Forwarding invitations are also possible for newly added guests and you can learn more here.
zkipster has a cap of 10,000 guests per event as this is the limit we can guarantee flawless performance and a quality experience. This limit applies to Main Guests only and is the total across any guest lists inside one event (not including +1s). Adding your guests to various sessions will count towards the 10k guest limit for guaranteed best performance on the app.
