Users on the Professional and Enterprise plans can access the Communications feature to send Response Forms to guests to collect RSVPs and any further guest information your event requires.

The zkipster Response Forms have three different customizable pages:

  • Landing Page (optional): An initial page where you can add any relevant introductory information about your event, before directing the guest to the actual Response Form. You can also use this page to enable your guest to submit an RSVP on behalf of a related guest.

You can customize the letter case on the RSVP form landing page as desired. To do this, just go to the Composer tab, scroll down to RSVP button and click to open. Modify the letter case under Button Text section.

  • Form Page: The actual response form where you can request all the information you want your guests to submit and include a button for them to confirm or decline attendance.

  • Success Page: The page shown after submitting the form. You can customize this page and display different messages depending if your guest accepted or declined your invitation.

Enabling a Form Landing Page

In order to create a Form Landing Page, you need to first create a new form by creating a new campaign that includes a form. This could be in addition to an email or SMS/WhatsApp, or as a standalone form campaign. You can learn more about the different zkipster templates via this article.

All new Response Forms you create will have the Landing Page enabled by default. The Landing Page will be the first page displayed to you once you open your new Response Form, but you can also use the form navigation menu on the left hand side to click into the 'Landing Page' section and open the landing page, or to navigate through the other parts of your form:

If you wish to disable the Landing Page altogether, you can simply hover your mouse on top of the landing page section on the left hand side and click into the 'Eye' icon:

Please note: If you disable your Form Landing Page, guests opening the form will be directed straight to the RSVP form page, where they will be able to submit their responses.

After you have enabled the Form Landing Page, you can include images, text and customize the look of it similarly to the other parts of your form. To learn how you can customize the design of your Response Form, please click here.

The Form Settings can also be defined via the Form Landing Page by clicking into the 'Settings' tab on the right hand side:
