Subscription Plans in zkipster

zkipster offers three different subscription plan levels, billed annually or monthly.

Please note that we have a cap of 10,000 guests per event as this is the limit we can guarantee flawless performance and a quality experience of zkipster. This limit applies to Main Guests only and is the total across any guest lists inside one event (not including +1s). Adding your guests to various sessions will count towards the 10k guest limit for guaranteed best performance on the app.

Things to keep in mind:

  • You need an active subscription to manage and access your events

  • You will be able to create an event with a start date up to 30 days beyond the end of your active subscription but will lose access if you lapse your plan before the event end date. Any invitation form links, active zaps, integrations will be deactivated at the end of your subscription

  • You need an active Professional or Enterprise subscription to access Professional or Enterprise events. If you downgrade to an Essentials Plan, any past Professional events will be inaccessible

  • The event date and time cannot be edited after the event has started

  • You can activate/deactivate users on your account depending on the number of users that your plan includes. If you have reached the maximum number of active users for your plan, you'll be prevented from activating more users. You can either make other users inactive, upgrade to a higher level plan, or purchase user bundles (only applies on Enterprise plan level)

You can upgrade from Essentials to Professional or to Enterprise at any time. If you are unsure which is the right plan for you, contact the Client Relations team.

Free Test Event

zkipster free trial account allows testing of all available features within one complimentary event. The free test event includes access to all Professional features and is limited to 25 guests. Sign up for a free trial account with zkipster here.
